The Wounded Warrior Project began in 2003 as a grassroots effort to provide care and comfort to wounded service members that were returning home from the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan. Over time, the WWP has expanded to meet the evolving needs of returning veterans.

They offer comprehensive mental and physical health support, career and VA benefits counseling, long-term rehabilitative care, and advocacy on behalf of veterans and their families. They also offer a community network to service members and their families so that they never have to feel alone in their struggles. The goal of WWP is to honor service members and empower them to live full and successful lives after they return home.

Supporting the Wounded Warrior Project

There are many ways to get involved with the Wounded Warrior Project, including:

It is important to our firm to give back to our returning veterans. We at Clawson & Clawson, LLP are proud to support the Wounded Warrior Project by donating a portion of our contingency fee to WWP. Those funds will help the WWP to educate the public about our veterans, advocate for our service members, and provide comprehensive rehabilitative care and support as they return home.

As residents of Colorado Springs who share our beautiful city with both an Army and Air Force base, we witness the struggles that our military service members experience. We know that many veterans suffer from both physical and emotional pain after returning from duty.

Our experienced personal injury lawyers offer compassionate and skilled representation to service members in Colorado who have sustained serious injuries during their military service and who might otherwise have no other legal options. We hope that we can honor our wounded warriors by ensuring that they have the right legal team behind them so that they can go on to live full and productive lives.

If you or a loved one was injured during military service or shortly thereafter, reach out to Clawson & Clawson, LLP at (719) 602-5888 today to discuss how we can help you.
