Janell Bock is a newer member of Clawson & Clawson, LLP, joining the
firm in 2015. Janell grew up in the Midwest and obtained her Bachelor
of Science degree in Secondary English Education from Wayne State in 2010.
After teaching high school and middle school English in Nebraska and Iowa
for several years, Janell’s love of the mountains brought her to
Colorado Springs in 2012. She thereafter became licensed as an Associate
Real Estate Broker through the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, but
discovered that her real purpose lies within the legal realm. After attending
Pikes Peak Community College for Paralegal Studies in 2014, Janell received
her Paralegal Certification through the National Association of Legal
Assistants and remains actively involved in the local paralegal community.
While Janell’s legal knowledge and experience extends into the areas
of criminal, military, personal injury and bankruptcy law, her true passion
is in family law. She develops positive working relationships with clients
and fully devotes herself to her position within the firm. As a divorced
single mom, Janell is able to personally empathize and connect with clients.
Her understanding of the divorce process from both sides of the table
allows her to perform her job with particular insight and compassion.
Janell’s positive, energetic demeanor, coupled with her natural
talent for developing persuasive arguments and drafting complicated legal
pleadings, makes her a valuable addition to the Family Law Team at Clawson
& Clawson, LLP.
